This is my travel diary for my European trip, mostly so I can remember what I’ve done and some of the little details and observations that I’d otherwise forget, because I’ve been packing so much into each day.

Also so my family and anyone who’s interested can keep up with what I’ve been up to. Will try to update this every day or two.

Beer Quest

For the lads, I’m also trying to keep a record of all the different local brews I’ve been tasting 🙂 And to taste as many different varieties as I can in their native environment. Will try to include photos where I can without looking like a complete tool, as one does when taking a photo of a beer in public.

Food & Wine

Trying to taste the local flavours of all the places I go, and avoid the hotel and touristy food places when I can by eating where the locals eat. Cheaper, more authentic and more atmosphere too.
